Bad guys who deserve the ultimate punishment |

Osama Bin Laden is at the head of the line, with Mumia Abu-Jamal right behind him. And here's a brief discourse on juveniles in the system. Here's how I justify capital punishment : modern
theology says that hell isn't fiery furnaces and wailing and gnashing of
teeth and reruns of What's Happening. By doing evil, you choose
to be apart from everybody else. So by giving you the chair, we are merely
helping you be apart. If things are good on the other side, we're doing
you a favor. If they're not, well, you're only getting a headstart on the
path you yourself have chosen. There, I think that's logical.
Below you will find various self-exiled members of the community of Man who have chosen to do pure evil, something SO horrible, they deserve to go away. Some have already gotten their just reward. Spare us the bullshit about how "inhumane" capital punishment is. But the bare minimum discomfort and time the condemned "suffer" through is far less than what many of their victims experience. Throw the switch, NOW November 2007: David Spears of Cassville MO and his friend Chris Collings
are charged with the rape and strangulation of Spears' 9-year-old step-daughter.
After they asssaulted and killd her, they left her body in a cave. Collings
confessed after the body was found. These guys need to die, and die slowly, then
more rapidly. For those who don't believe in capital punishment, here's
a textbook case for it.
Mercy on me, I ain't from around here Jose Ernesto Medellin and a gang of utter scumbags
in Houston raped and strangled two teenage girls who stumbled into their
gang initiation on their way home. One of the gang has already been offed
by the state of Texas. But it turns out that Medellin, who grew up in Houston,
was actually born in Mexico, so now some sympathetic idiots say he should
have had the right to appeal to his consulate, something he had YEARS to
do. George "No Balls At All" Bush has for now sided with Mexico, saying
that Medellin should escape death because of this. Well, F__K THAT. The
details of the crime are absolutely horrific, and the Republicans running
Texas are furious with Bush for sticking his moronic nose in
Oh, and don't forget that the State Department offered (without approval or authority to do so) to the Blackwater schmucks who killed 17 civilians.
Not murder, but more than good enough Avion Lawson, 14, and Nathan Walker, 16, were among ten masked suspects who ambushed a woman and her 12-year-old son in a Florida housing project. They raped, sodomized, and beat the woman. Then they forced her son into having sex with her, then poured cleaning chemicals into the boy's eyes. These people need to DIE. They will never be rehabilitated. If they're ever on the street again, they will commit more crimes. They don't deserve to live after THIS crime. They need to die. That simple. Kill them. Gas them. Bury them alive. They need to die.
Maybe you'll give Satan a chuckle June 2007: Patrick Knight shot his next door neighbors to death in Amarillo in 1991. Then he wanted to go out with a laugh. He collected jokes for his last statement, and wanted a funny last line. An idiot friend even set up a web site for him so folks could send him jokes. Then he went out with no joke anyway. Too bad. I had a good one for him. "Knock-knock."
Hanging: it ain't just for murder anymore May 2007: Patrick Kennedy raped an eight-year-old girl and was sentenced to death. No homicide, but the awful act of child rape. Various lawyers have said the sentence is too harsh. The correct opinion is, NO, it's not. He needs to die. After committing this heinous act, this piece of shit even bragged to another man that the girl "became a lady today." What a f_____g asshole. He needs to die.
Death to kidnappers Michael Devlin, 41, was found to have kidnapped a couple of boys in Missouri. One he'd held captive since 2002. Sure, the police caught him, and got the kids back, but ...... Just imagine the horror those parents went through, saying that they've kept up hope, but you gotta know, they figured their kid was dead. Devlin stole YEARS from all their lives. The kid was eleven when he disappeared. This piece of utter shit stole kids from their families. KILL HIM. Put him to death. Good-bye. You put a family through that, you should go in a hole. He also had kiddie porn on his computer. That's all lwe need to know. Hang him. Now. Today. Forget rehabilitation, for two reasons. First, guys like this cannot
be rehabbed. They're dangerous for life. Second, after what he did, he
doesn't deserve it. He stole a chunk of the first kid's childhood, more
than four years of it, AND he probably took years off the parents' lives
with what they went through. So just hang him. Now. Today.
September 2006: In Milwaukee, an 11-year-old girl was sexually
assaulted by as many as twenty boys (and a 40-year-old man who actually
copped to it), and the action was directed by a 16-year-old girl. See,
this is why we need a benign dictator (as opposed to the elitist dictator
GW Bush, who enforces no laws at all), who would order the roundup of all
the offenders, regardless of their ages, and have them all buried alive.
Seriously, we can't wipe out this kind of unbelievable behavior, but we
can stem the tide somewhat by removing large numbers of those who would
pass on their bad habits to others by way of example. Just bury them alive.
Alive.
Again, this is why, as da wife explains, that they don't put me in charge
of things.
August 2006: Liz and David Carroll of Cincinnati OH were the
foster parents of a disabled three year old boy. More than once, they wrapped
him in a blanket, then wrapped the blanket in tape, and put him in a closet,
to keep him locked down while they attended to other matters. The last
time they did it, they attended a family reunion for two days in Kentucky,
leaving the boy again in the closet. When they returned, he was dead. They
tried burning his body in a wooded area. In the meantime, they claimed
he'd wandered off, prompting a search by volunteers. These people need
to be wrapped in tape and left in the f****g desert. These are the worst
sort of scum imaginable.
July 2006: Paul and Robin Kraft of Cincinnati molested their
own kids, and Paul even offered to rape his own 3-year-old on webcam if
another person would do the same. If you were to read everything they did
to their own kids, it would put you off solid food. He got consecutive
life terms, and the mom is still awaiting sentencing. The kids, according
to officials, are all messed up, and may never be normal, even after plenty
of counseling. These two people should be buried in a f***g hole someplace.
Alive.
Until they aren't.
July 2006: Richard Allen Davis, who kidnapped, molested, and
killed Polly Klaas, tried to OD his way off of Death Row. Too bad for him,
he pulled through. He was the inspiration for California's three-strikes
law. He's also a poster child for capital punishment.
April 2006: Kareem Johnson and Kennell Spady were both setenced
to life for a shootout that left a 10-year-old boy dead. It was a massive
gun battle, including assault weapons, with more than 90 bullets being
fired. Johnson cursed the dead boy in court, and Spady said he would haunt
the boy's family. They had claimed self-defense, when rival drug
One of the boy's relatives made a statement in court: "I would like
the self-centered, soul-less, ignorant, moronic drug dealers to remember
that day." Very well said.
January 2006: Two idiots in Ft. Lauderdale, Brian Hooks, 18, and Thomas S. Daugherty, 17, turned themselves in to police, who have charged them with aggravated battery in the beating of one homeless man, and murder charges in the beating death of another homeless man. They're suspects in at least one other beating. They were captured on a security camera in one of the beatings, making it a fairly certain thing that they would get caught eventually. The correct opinion is, if these morons are actually guilty, and the negotiated surrender makes it a pretty sure thing, then they should get wiped. They did this for one obvious reason: for kicks. They beat a man to death, and likely clobbered at least two others, for their own sick amusement. Since they're more than old enough to know right from wrong, good from evil, that means that they are seriously twisted, that the adults in their lives failed miserably as role models, and they're too old to get fixed. Their extreme insensitivity to other humans is not going away. Therefore, THEY should. April 2006: Keith Robert Turner, 17, and David Henry Tuck, 18,
beat the hell out of a 16-year-old Hispanic boy they thought had tried
to kiss a white girl at a party. They forced him out of the house, beat
him, then sodomized him with a metal pipe. THEN they poured bleach on him,
attempting to destroy any DNA evidence. The kid suffered severe internal
injuries, and likely will die. Even if he lives, these two should hang.
That simple.
June 2005: A guy who will absolutely burn in hell adopted a Russian-born
girl when she was five. He went on to produce hundreds of pornographic
photos of her, and traded them with other scumbags. She has since been
rescued and re-adopted by another family in another state. His identity
is being kept secret to protect hers. He's doing fifteen years for child
porno, and faces additional charges as well. He could end up doing life.
Better yet, let him do death.
May 2005: Ohio highway sniper Charles McCoy Jr. pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, with his lawyer blaming his “untreated paranoid schizophrenia” for his “not knowing that what he did was wong.” Bullshit. He knew enough to work hard at avoiding capture, and knew enough to flee to Vegas after being identified. Obviously he knew it was wrong. Screw this insanity stuff here. May 2005: Dennis Rader, aka the BTK Killer, slaughtered an entire famliy back int he mid 70's. He cruelly tied up and tortured his victims. He's charged with ten killings altogether. He also kept artifacts from his victims, and taunted the police, the press, and victims' families by sending messages. He's pulling this "I'm not talking" thing, resulting in a judge automatically entering a not guilty plea for him. But he knows exactly what's going on. He's just shutting up. Maybe he'll let out a peep when they stick him with a needle. Spring 2005: For some weird reason, there's a spate of kidnappings and killings of young girls, especially down south, especially in Florida. And it always ends up the same way: some sex offender doing his thing. Every single one of these guys should just be strung up, the old-fashioned way. That is to say, hands tied behind the back, sitting on a horse, neck in a noose, then the horse moves on, and the guy dangles. End of story. You can't rehab them, they just re-offend. So cut them off at the pass.
July 2002: A man already out on bond for two other sexual assaults involving minors raped and killed a 15 year old girl, then killed two male relatives who confronted him about the girl's whereabouts. These events transpired on the west and south sides of Chicago. This is an easy one. Just shoot this f__k. Take him out in the parking lot and shoot him. July 2002: Leonard Gregg, a contract firefighter who set a fire in Arizona which turned into a massive blaze that ultimately consumed a half million acres of forest and destroy 423 homes, confessed to investigators that he did it in order to scare up summer work. Then he had the balls to plead not guilty in court. Pull the switch. Seriously.
March 2002: Nurse's aide Chante Mallard, 25, of Fort Worth, hit a homeless guy in October '01, then drove all the way home and parked in her garage, with the guy stuck headfirst in her windshield. She left him there to bleed to death over a couple of days. Later, his body was found in a park, and she told somebody about it at a party. That somebody called the police, and she was charged with murder. She told police that over those couple of days, she periodically went into the garage to apologize to him, but not help him. She was found guilty of murder and evidence tampering. Here's the correct opinion on this : run her down.
January 2002: Thomas Junta, 270 pounds of pissed off truck driver, got mad at Michael Costin, 170 pounds of hockey coach. Junta thought his kid was getting roughed up in a hockey game. So he and Costin exchanged swings. Then Junta left, then came back, pinned Costin to the floor, pummelled him, then bounced his head off the floor a few times for good measure. Massive head trauma, severed artery, brain death, and he croaks. Junta testified he only hit the guy three times, lightly. The massive injuries, and several witnesses, say otherwise. Killed a guy in front of his own kid and the victim's kid, then lied through his teeth. The family mouthpiece said they would do everything they could to keep Junta out of jail, that it was ust a fight. But y'know what? If he only hit the guy three times easy, why was his head half caved in? Sure, you stick up for your kid, but he went frigging nuts. He was sentenced to 6-10 years for invountary manslaughter, which itself is a joke.
December 2001: OSAMA BIN LADEN has financed, organized, and supported terrorists for years. He decided a while back that his brand of Islam hates just about everybody in the world. He hates westerners, he hates other Muslims, he hates Muslim governments, he hates secular governments, he hates and he hates. He arranged to bomb the USS Cole in the port in Yemen. He financed the basement bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993. He organized the embassy bombing in Kenya, which killed many, many innocent people. He arranged the bombing of the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia. And NOW he is responsible for the hijackings and mass, mass murders in the USA, September 2001. Thousands are dead, thousands have lost loved ones, tens of thousands were made jobless, hundreds of millions have been terrorized. People of many nationalities and religions have perished. Many Muslims died in the towers. Whole families, moms and dads and children, have perished. Bin Laden is responsible for financing and organizing the many cels of killers who performed this horrendous act. He needs to DIE.
If his cause is truly so special and so holy, why does he go about his business in hiding? He skulks around like a rat in the cellar. He even trains children in his hate camps. He needs to be strung up. November 2007: Because of sheer incompetence from the White House on down, Bin Laden was allowed to get away. This month, he released an audio tape in which he accuses the United Nations of "ignoring the rules of war .... and attacking and killing women and children on purpose." This he said, on the same tape in which he took credit for the 9/11 attacks that killed, whaddaya know, lots of women and children. Hypocritical scumbag.
These guys are a wreck. Both are considered complete and utter dorks, but that doesn't excuse them from being completely and utterly evil. Zacharias Moussaoui was supposedly the 20th hijacker on 9/11, the guy who raised suspicion everywhere he went, because he was the most incompentent of wannabee-terrorists. He was never able to blow himself up. As a result, he'll be sitting his ass in prison until he dies, and then some. At his trial, in the winter/spring of 2006, he openly mocked the victims of 9/11, laughing at them, and expressing his extreme pleasure at all pain and suffering casued by his cohorts. he will surely burn in hell. Another terrorist failure/dork is Richard Reid, the would-be
shoebomber. Completely inept, he built bombs in his shoes, then raised
the suspicions of a flight attendant when he tried to light them in mid-air.
He ended up biting her while he struggled with him, before he was pummeled
senseless, then tied up, by other passengers on his flight. He too will
burn in hell, in the Idiot Section.
December 2001: Marero McKinney, 31, of Chicago, was baby-sitting
a friend's two year old boy while the dad ran to the store for ten minutes.
The boy's crying apparently interrupted a football game, so McKinney removed
the boy's diaper and tossed him on a radiator. When the crying got worse,
no kidding, McKinney pressed the boy harder against the radiator.
Realizing what an idiot he was, McKinney then poured peroxide on the boy's
severe burns, then boiled a pot of water, figuring he'd say he accidentally
spilled hot water on the child. This story didn't fly, and the boy
ended up n the hospital while McKinney went to jail, after first getting
a swollen eye from the enraged dad. As of New Years Eve 2001, the
boy had undergone three skin grafts, and remained in critical condition.
Crap author Gore Vidal was
invited to witness the execution, because McVeigh read a column of his
and liked it. Vidal idiotically lent credence to McVeigh's paranoid
ramblings by saying that the two agreed on the "erosion of civil rights
and the trampling of the Constitution." Good job, asshole, give the
guy who murdered 168 people another pulpit. Give him some credibility.
Way to go, idiot. Vidal crapped out when the execution was rescheduled.
Good idea, dumbshit.
May 2001: Dick Baumhammers, a non-practicing
lawyer in Pittsburgh, shot his Jewish neighbor, two Hindus, two Asians,
and a black man, and vandalized two synagogues, all on one busy afternoon
in April 2000. This is an easy one.
March 2001 : Philip Workman, a 28-year-old drifter and drug addict,
robbed a Memphis Wendy's. In the ensuing gun battle with police,
a Memphis police officer was killed. Workman was found guilty of
murder and sentenced to die. His argument has been that his bullet
didn't kill the officer; another officer's bullet was supposedly to blame.
Prosecutors contend that Workman and the dead officer were the only ones
firing. But y'know what? It doesn't matter. If Workman
doesn't stage a stickup and fire at police, that officer doesn't die, no
matter who fired the fatal shot. It was his commission of a felony,
and his firing at police (what did he EXPECT would happen if he shot at
people?) that brought about the officer's death. So either
way, he's guilty of the murder.
December 2000: Leonard Peltier admits he
was one of the party of Indian activists shooting at two FBI agents in
June 1975. He admits
he was there, shooting. He claims
that he wasn't one of the three guys who later walked up to the wounded
agents and shot them in the head. The gunmen spent several minutes
after the murders picking up shell casings. At least 114 of the casings
still at the scene came from Peltier's assault rifle. At the time
of the murders, Peltier was a federal fugitive wanted for the murder of
an off-duty Milwaukee cop. Peltier has changed his story several
times over the years, most notably over "Mr. X," a figure Peltier can't
or won't identify, and whom he says actually performed the killings. The
fact is, Peltier was there, he admits shooting, it's obvious he did
a lot of shooting, and he won't rat on his accomplices. A
bunch of doofus celebrities have asked for clemency for Peltier. He
doesn't deserve it, and it would be a crime if Peltier got that clemency.
December 2000 : this guy won't be eligible for the Gurney (just
doesn't have the same ring as The Chair), but he should be.
Marcus Henderson, 22, of Chicago, already a paroled child sex offender,
forced his grandmother into a car at gunpoint, was captured on camera holding
a gun to her head and making her withdraw money from a cash station, then
hid behind her when confronted by police. He used his grandmother
as a shield. Grandma suffered gunshot wounds, but lived.
Henderson has been charged with attempted murder of a police officer, aggravated
battery, armed robbery, and kidnapping.
November 2000: Johnny Paul Penry was on
parole for rape in 1979 when he raped, stomped, and stabbed 22-year-old
Pamela Moseley Carpenter. His lawyers say he is retarded. Somehow,
he was smart enough to figure out how to rape and kill. He's on Death
Row in Texas.
October 2000: Scott Falkner of Westmont IL always did a lot of
cocaine. So in fall 1999 he did a blow, invited his neighbor over
to supposedly help him move furniture, then stabbed that neighbor to death,
then tried to rape the neighbor's wife. She fought him off, he fled,
and was later picked up in another state. A forensic psychiatrist
testified that coke and mental illness drove this creep over the edge.
SO..... you can plead temporary insanity, even if your own drug abuse contributed
to it? Do something stupid, and it provides an alibi when you do
something else stupid? I don't think so. To the chair, son, to the
chair.
August 2000: Thomas Adams, who received probation
just two months ago for driving without a license, allegedly got drunk,
stole a van, and plowed into another van, killing a set of parents and
a set of grandparents, leaving two young children orphaned. He faces
four counts of reckless homicide and possessoin of a stolen vehicle.
If convicted, he should be sent straight to hell.
July 2000 : The Vatican has finally released the Third Secret of Fatima, which they think foretold the attempted assassination of the Pope in 1981. That idiot would-be killer, Mehmet Ali Agca, now says he wasn't really to blame, he was just a pawn of God's, as evidenced by the Secret. He also says he could be just as holy a man as the Pope, and that he would become "a man of the cloth" if he were released. I have a better idea. Shoot him. I'll bet Charlton Heston would do it. Oh, but the Italians ARE pardoning him. So now Agca will start serving time for killing a journalist back home in Turkey in 1978. He still blames Fatima, the KGB, and countless others for his shooting of the Pope. Everybody but himself. July 2000 Update: Now this stupid bastard Agca says the Vatican is the "enemy of God and humanity," and says he is launching "a cultural war" against the Vatican itself. He also now implores the Pope to resign and return to Poland, before the Vatican, which Agca says is the real source of the attempted assassination, kills him. Agca is now serving a ten-year sentence for a series of 1979 robberies. He has a history of outbursts in court, once proclaiming himself to be Jesus Christ.
June 2000: Trucker Richard Gancarz of Illinois has a 20-year history of speeding fines, reckless driving, driving on suspended licenses, trying to hand a cop his brother's license, DUI's, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, open alcohol in the car, driving with the wrong plates, skiping court dates, and causing wrecks. In 2000 alone, he ran his car off a highway ramp and hit a pole, declined the breath test, and had his license suspended. His skipped the court date. Before that suspension took hold, he got nailed for another speeding ticket. After the suspension finally kicked in, he got nailed for driving while suspended, and for mariuana possession. Those last two cases were still pending when he tried to blow through a yellow light, and killed a kid. He's now charged with felony reckless homicide and aggravated DUI. How about we save a lot of court costs and just back his own rig over him?
June 2000: Chicago. Adriana Mejia wanted a baby so bad, she faked a pregnancy and told friends and family, including her husband, she was due any day. Then she persuaded two men to murder a couple and steal their children, including a 2-month-old. Her husband came home and was immediately suspicious when his idiot wife tried to convince him that the newborn was in fact hers, and that the other child, a 3-year old, belonged to a friend and that she was going to watch him for a while. This month, the two murderers, Arturo DeLeon-Reyes and Gabriel Solache, were both found guilty of murder. Throw all three in the hole.
June 2000: Robert Koppa seems to be quite the klutz. He claims he's suffered brain injuries from falling off a motorcycle, playing basketball, and falling while putting up Christmas lights. These injuries, he claims, are the reason he kidnapped a girl as she left her job at a Chicago shopping mall four years ago and sexually assaulted her. He abducted her, bound her hands, covered her eyes, then drove her to a remote location, where he took advantage of her. Must be quite a bump on his noggin. He also pleaded guilty to deviate sexual assault in 1976 and served only two years. In February 1980, he killed a 15-year old girl. He was linked to that murder while in prison for abducting a 21-year-old woman in April 1980. He was on parole for that murder when he abducted the girl four years ago. Well, I see only one way to silence those addled thoughts in his head, those evil things that keep creeping up on him. The Chair.
May 2000: a jury correctly ignored the defense's lame claim of insanity, but certainly bought their admission that defendant Maturino Resendiz killed at least nine people, and found him guilty of murder. The actual murder for which he was first convicted included beating, rape, and other nasty stuff. This isn't insanity. It was lust, and bloodlust, and opportunity. He was sentenced to death. Resendiz rode the rails last year, killing and robbing and raping. His wife turned in jewelry she believed to have been taken from one victim, linking him directly to the crimes. He was ultimately coaxed back from over the border by a Texas Ranger, who allegedly lied to him, saying he wouldn't receive the death penalty. Resndiz pointed the man out in court and said, "The police officer lied under oath. I don't think that's right." Oh, gee whiz. The first crime for which he's been convicted and sentenced to death was the rape and murder of a lady doctor, a woman with a husband and family.
March 2000: Detroit juries convicted four young men of various charges with relation to spiking the soft drinks served to three girls at a party. They used the infamous date-rape drug GHB. One girl apparently had no ill effects, but a second ended up briefly in a coma, and a third, a 15-year-old girl, DIED. Erick Limmer, 26, was convicted of being an accessory to manslaughter, poisoning, delivery of marijuana, and possession of GHB. Joshua Cole, 19, Daniel Brayman, 18, and Nicholas Holtschlag, 18, were found guilty of manslaughter and poisoning. So these utter frigging losers, who apparently couldn't get chicks so they decided they needed to drug them, killed a girl, and luckily didn't kill more. Screw this fifteen years in the slammer stuff, HANG THEM.
February 2000: Douglas Florey of Illinois has a long, long history of traffic violations, including speeding, running lights and signs, reckless, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, and more speeding. He had plenty of tickets last year alone. So this month, he got booted from a Will County bar for being too drunk to begin with, got in his vehicle, hit the baretender's car in the parking lot, then got on Route 55 and immediately caused a chain of accidents. Two dead, two others in comas. He himself is in serious condition. His license was suspended at the time of the accident. Instead of a handful of years, or even the gurney, have the relatives of the victims pile into a mini-van and back over him. Slowly.
August '99: the federal government released a bunch of FALN terrorists from prison, provided they renounced the use of violence, and agreed to the standard terms of a federal parole. They and their supporters refused at first to do so, saying that "these conditions are unacceptable." They appeared to be looking for an outright parole. Another genius fan of theirs said that agreeing to renounce violence would brand them as criminals. Actually, amigos, I think blowing up all sorts of public buildings back in the 1970's branded you as criminals. Seditious conspiracy, interstate transport of stolen cars, gun offenses, and armed robbery are all kinda nasty. Six people died in various FALN bombings. The really, really DUMB thing about all this is, they were fighting for independence for Puerto Rico. Whaddaya know, late in 1998, in a non-binding referendum on the subject, less than three percent of the population there voted for independence.
Maybe Roland Cruz, infamous "innocent" who cooled off on Death Row for over a decade, wouldn't have spent so much of his time there if he hadn't spent so much time and effort lying to the authorities. The many prosecutors and officials who were tried (and acquitted) of trying to railroad Cruz were rightfully found to have been doing their jobs. Cruz wasn't exactly a choir boy when he was originally picked up for the rape and murder of a little girl. And he didn't exactly help his own case when he continually fibbed to police in return for whatever he thought he could get out of it. If he's truly innocent of any involvement, then it's a shame he spent so much time on Death Row. But he primarily has only himself to blame. He even admitted during the trial of the prosecutors that he was getting help for his incessant lying. Too bad he didn't get that help sooner. I wish the bleeding hearts would stop putting guys like this on display as a sign of a corrupt system. While there have been totally innocent people tossed into dark places for the wrong reasons, too often the guys who are let out and then used as props for the anti-capital punishment groups are repeat offenders, and were picked up for their non-crimes in the first place because of previous murder convictions. It's not good that these people are wrongly incarcerated. But that doesn't make them altar boys now.
Kathleen Ann Soliah misspent some of her youth with the Symbionese Liberation Army, the lunatic terrorists who kidnapped Patty Hearst. Soliah took part in a bank robbery in which Myrna Opsahl, a wife and mother of four, was fatally shot in the stomach with a shotgun. Police say Soliah also later planted bombs, loaded with nails, under two police cars. The fact that the bombs were discovered and disarmed before they killed anyone is no credit to Soliah. She offered to turn herself in at one point, provided she didn't do any time. In the meantime, she changed her name, moved to St. Paul MN, and became a wife and mother herself. She was finally arrested, and many of her neighbors say it would be wrong to punish her after all this time. A state representative says "Any bad decision [Soliah] made in the 1970s was a momentary lapse in good judgment." Well, Soliah was a 28-year-old college grad, and she was with the SLA for a year before she started planting bombs, so it's not like she was some teenage goofball who made a boo-boo on the spur of the moment. She had more than enough time to decide that the people she hung out with were murderers and thieves. To say that putting her away now would be wrong is wrong itself. The only reason she's escaped justice is because she hid. The woman killed in the bank is still dead, while Soliah has done no time, has gone unpunished, and arrogantly enough doesn't see why she should be punished. It would be an injustice to Myrna Opsahl if Soliah got off scot-free. December 2001: She's sent to jail. She pleaded guilty, then tried to withdraw her plea. Her lawyer claimed that he'd awakened with a case of "bad karma" and went back to bed the day he should have applied to withdraw. Did she find this guy in California? Apparently.
July 2001: Those baguette-brains in the French courts finally decided
to send Einhorn back to the USA to face the music. Ever the coward,
he sorta cut his own throat just before being interviewed, but only succeeded
in slicing himself superficially, and still managed the interview.
He's back in Philly now. We had to agree not to put him to death,
but he does get the benefit of a retrial.
The first of three morons convicted in Jasper, Texas of dragging a black man to death was dumb enough not to cop a plea and beg, despite the virtual mountain of evidence against him. Then he tells somebody, after a speedy conviction, that he's sealed a place in history, he's willing to die for his racist beliefs, blah blah blah. May I please throw the switch?
He has confessed his guilt to a half-dozen people over the years, including an anti-death penalty activist. Even one of his own lawyers called one defense story (that the cop was the victim of a hit by other cops) "patently outrageous." So naturally a whole bunch of bleeding-heart nincompoops, most of whom obviously haven't read the transcripts, protest on his behalf. Maybe before they protest any more, they should ask their jailed icon exactly what DID happen that night. Mark Taylor, a Princeton professor and founder of Academics for Mumia Abu-Jamal explains: "Mumia must be very careful about the context in which he makes any disclosures .... It's a risk-laden venture." HUH? This guy's a professor? Of course it's risk-laden. Mumia's only recourse is to finally say, "It's all a bunch of bullshit, I shot the guy. There's no conspiracy, there's no political prisoner thing going on here, I simply shot the guy." All these pinheads who protest for him have been suckered. Pick a worthy cause, why don'tcha? For the true facts on this case, check out the following objective sites: http://www.danielfaulkner.com/webinfo.html,
The Arab "mastermind" and driver convicted in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing case said he thought he was only "delivering shampoo" to the building. In other words, he admits he drove the van to the Trade Center. Ah, yes, then he stashed the van in the parking garage and hauled ass outta there while whoever was expecting the shampoo could go break into the van and retrieve it. While the driver himself was safely at a distance when the shampoo went off. Ah, yes.
A kid, Luke Woodham, walks into his high school, shoots two girls to death after first stabbing his mother fatally. He and his lawyers say he was picked on, he was fatherless, he was influenced by an older kid who led satanic rituals and suggested he start shooting. But the older guy, who apparently conspired with a whole bunch of troubled youths to commit various crimes, pleaded innocent to being an accessory before the fact. The actual shooter also pleaded innocent. The rest of the idiots pleaded innocent. So three people are dead, but nobody's responsible. Meaning, they should all be herded into the same cell in the county jail near Pearl, Mississippi, then somebody with a ski mask and a pump shotgun should walk in and mow them all down, and when they ask the sheriff about it, he should say, "Hell, now, how did that happen?"
It's an ugly subject, young people who commit adult crimes. Like murder. At some point, you ARE responsible for your actions. When you're seven or eight, you know right from wrong. By the time you're a teen, you definitely know killing people is bad. If they're considered too young for the ultimate punishment, they have to go away for a long, long time, for lotsa reasons.
May 2005: Lionel Tate, 18, is back in jail
after trying to rob a pizza delivery guy at gunpoint. Tate was on probation
for having killed six-year-old Tiffany Eunick when he was twelve. Tate
first claimed Tiffany was hurt during horseplay, saying he was imitating
wrestling moves he saw on television. Later he changed his story and said
he jumped on her from a staircase. He was 160 pounds, and Tiffany was 50
pounds. She ended up with a fractured skull, ruptured kidney, broken rib
and 32 other injuries. If he was only twelve, then he was the dumbest damn
twelve-year-old in the world.
May 2001: Nathaniel Brazill, 13, got suspended from his Florida school for throwing a water balloon. He went home, then rode back to school on his bike with a gun, and wanted to talk to a couple of girls in his class. The teacher of that class didn't want to let him in, so Brazill pulled out the gun and pointed it at the teacher. A few seconds later, he shot the teacher dead. He claims now that it was an accident, his finger "accidentally pulled the trigger," that he thought the safety was on, etc. The boy, now 14, is facing life in prison. Don't tell me that when you pull out a gun and shoot somebody, it was just an accident. And don't tell me that a 13-year-old doesn't understand that when you die, you don't come back. Spring 2005: A 13-year-old California
boy pleaded not guilty to murder charges, after getting in a dispute with
another boy in a snack line following a Little League game. He beat the
other kid to death with a baseball bat. He is described as well liked.
Yeah, well, that doesn't mean much now, does it?
